The lightweight Mavic Mini 360° Propeller Guard fully protects the propellers and improves flight safety. It is especially useful for beginners, or when flying indoors or in places with many obstacles. With the Propeller Guard mounted, the maximum flight time is 18 minutes.

      Indoor flight with the Mavic Mini is tricky at best. It takes a while to get comfortable with the lack of position stabilization that you're used to outside. These guards protect the drone and other objects from damage while you're learning. They are particularly useful if you get close to a wall, since the airflow around the props sucks the drone toward the wall. The guards give you a chance to recover and keep flying.

      The guards to a great job of protecting the drone & other objects. Still, I wouldn't try to fly with people in the area.

      It takes a little practice to install and remove them, but after you've done it a couple of times it gets easier.

      I purchased these guards so my kids and their friends could fly this drone around the yard and house without concerns of ripping up my propellers from running into objects. The protectors take a bit to snap into place. But afterwards there is no deficit in drone capabilities with this on. The drone bounces off walls and tree trunks without damage to the propellers. Now I can let my son and his friends fly this without worry. Granted it will increase the weight of your drone and therefore if unregistered you may be limited in where you can fly your drone with guards in place.

      These prop guards are the absolute best way to protect your propellers while in flight. And the guard looks pretty good too. It's really easy to put on the drone, but taking it off is a bit harder. Storing it is a huge challenge so good luck with that. Since they aren't foldable or anything.

      These fit perfectly and I didn't experience any problems flying the Mavic Mini with the guards installed. They prevent damage to the propellers and I had accidentally brushed against a 30 foot tall fir without causing a crash. Flying it indoors was also easy with the guard. I highly recommend it and would almost say it is mandatory unless you plan to only fly it in wide open spaces.

      These fit well on my DJI Mini 2. You just have to snap the connection a little bit tighter. It loosens up eventually. Someone commented that you can't fly outdoors and that it impedes flight characteristic. Of course, that is true. You are basically adding a giant windsail to the profile of the Drone. It also automatically detects a load and slows the performance down. That is to be expected.

      The whole concept of the propeller guards is awesome! But the guards itself is the cheapest material there is. I do understand that they wanted it to fall under Faa guidelines for having the weight of the drone under 250g, but who’s really going to fly that outside. And even if you were flying it outside and you slam that into a wall your gonna destroy both your drone and the guards! It’s really meant for accidental nudges against a wall, not a whole impact. They could’ve made it with more sturdy pieces.
